Regional Act No. 12 setting up the Regional Observatory on Products of Plant Origin Quality.

This Regional Act provides for the establishment of the Regional Observatory on Products of Plant Origin Quality, which shall carry out research concerning the quality of foodstuffs of plant origin with a view to protecting human health as well as the environment. The Observatory is set up under the Regional Agency for Environmental Protection of Molise, established Regional Act No. 38 of 1999 to which certain amendments are hereby laid down.
