This Regional Act aims at the protection of marine resources in Veneto and defines the interventions to be undertaken in the coastal zone. Such interventions include the creation of marine biological protection zones. The Council of the Sea, established according to article 3, will cooperate in the drawing up of programmes aimed at the promotion of coastal areas and repopulation of marine living resources in Veneto.
