Regional Act No. 15 setting up the Regional Register of Agricultural Enterprises in implementation of Presidential Decree No. 503 of 1 December 1999

The Calabria Region has enacted the present Regional Act in implementation of Presidential Decree No. 503 of 1 December 1999. All public and private individuals and legal entities engaged in agriculture, fisheries, forestry and agro-industrial activities as defined in article 1 shall be registered in the agricultural information system kept by the Regional Counsel for Agriculture. The information shall then be made available to the National Information System of Agriculture (SIAN).
