This Act sets forth the legislative framework applicable in the Valle d’Aosta Region in the field of air pollution prevention, with a view to guaranteeing the protection of human health and the environment. The Act provides for the arrangement of the Regional Territorial Information System and its coordination with the National Territorial Information System.
