Falcons may be used for hunting purposes under the conditions prescribed by this Regional Act. Article 2 provides for the setting up of the Register of Falconers, to be kept and updated by the Provinces. The provincial authorities shall supervise the enforcement of these provisions. Article 5 lays down penalties.
