The present Act lays down some amendments to Regional Act No. 17 of 2001, precisely as regards the authorization required for gathering of mushrooms and the fee to be paid to obtain such authorization. Most importantly, the lists contained in Annexes 1 and 2 of toxic and poisonous mushroom species are supplemented as set out in article 3 of this Act.
