This Act sets forth the legislative framework applicable in Liguria in matter of energy production. It defines the programmes to be adopted by the regional authority and the interventions to be undertaken to attain a sustainable system of energy production. The Act encourages the use of renewable sources of energy by establishing simplified procedures to authorize the installation of plants where such energy is produced.
