The present Act lays down particular amendments and addenda to Regional Act No. 87 of 1990 with respect to sport fishing. Firstly, paragraphs 9-bis and 9-ter shall be added to article 11. New paragraph 9-bis establishes the conditions under which the Provinces may authorize holders of a fishing licence to operate sport fishing by way of derogation from paragraph 8 of the same article, which prohibits the use of particular fishing gear.
