The Act provides for the establishment of, on the one hand, the Agricultural Information System of the Tuscany Region (art. 2) and, on the other hand, the Regional Register of Agricultural Enterprises (art. 3). Articles 4 and 5 lay down some amendments to Act No. 49 of 1997 in matter of inspections on organic agriculture products.
