The purposes of this Act are the protection of fish population and the regulation of fishing activities in internal and marine waters within the Basilicata Region in the respect of safeguard, conservation and biological and aquatic rebalancing principles. For the purposes of this Act, are considered internal waters fresh and brackish waters. In terms of Article 4 the Regional fisheries plan is approved, Article 5 provides for the regional Fish Card which will describe the physical and biological
