This Regional Act, which is divided into three Titles, aims at supporting the socio-economic development of mountain areas falling within the Molise Region, giving particular regard to environmental protection. The Molise Region, therefore, defines criteria and initiatives intended to, inter alia, guarantee the proper and rational use of mountain resources.
