This Regional Act makes provision on osseous fish fishing in the internal waters of the Calabria Region. As referred to in article 1, "internal waters" includes fresh and salt waters defined by sea boundaries. Organisms other than osseous fishes may not be captured. Nevertheless, exemptions from this prohibition may be provided for by Provincial Regulations.
