This Regional Act provides for the establishment of the Regional Nature Park of Portovenere, as per Regional Act No. 12 of 22 February 1995, which has re-arranged the protected areas system of the Liguria Region. The perimeter of the Park is delineated by the planimetries attached and shall include the adjacent sea as well (in compliance with article 2, paragraph 2 of Act No. 394 of 6 December 1991).
