In compliance with the rules laid down in article 16-ter of Regional Act No. 86 of 1986 relating to the creation and management of nature parks and reserves, the present Regional Act has provided for the setting up of the Valle del Ticino Nature Park, whose boundaries are those defined in the planimetry attached.
