In accordance with article 9 of Directive 79/409/EEC, this Regional Act allows the Provinces to make provision by way pf derogation from Regional Act No. 14 of 1994. The derogations must specify: (1) the species which are subject to the derogations; (2) the means, arrangements or methods authorized for capture or killing; (3) the circumstances of time and place; (4) the controls which shall be carried out.
