This Regional Act lays down provisions in matter of professional fishing in the inland waters of the Friuli-Venezia Giulia Region. Professional fishing is defined as the economic activity consisting in catching fishes, molluscs, crustaceans and amphibians in the inland waters for marketing purposes (art. 1, par. 1).
