This Regional Act was enacted to encourage the production of food, agriculture and aquaculture typical products and to promote the diffusion of quality systems in agriculture, fisheries and pisciculture. This Act also provides rules for organic agricultural production. The Region will establish a list of organic producer, control their activity and will give a financial contribution.
