The Valle d’Aosta Region has enacted the present Act, in implementation of Legislative Decree No. 220 of 17 March 1995, with a view to regulating: (a) agricultural production intended for human consumption obtained through organic methods; (b) the production, preparation and marketing of products obtained through organic methods; (c) research, experimentation and dissemination of information with respect to organic agriculture.
