The Regional Act sets up the Regional Agency for Environmental Protection of the Molise Region (ARPAM), in implementation of Legislative Decree No. 502 of 30 December 1992 as well as Decree-Law No. 496 of 4 December 1993, which has established the National Agency for Environmental Protection (ANPA).
