This Regional Act, consisting of four Titles, regulates the research, the cultivation as well as the use of mineral and thermal waters, with a view to protecting and improving hydromineral resources. Mineral and thermal waters originating in underground stratums or layers, and received by the territory of Umbria, belong to the regional property.
