This Regional Act makes provisions for the implementation at the regional level of Legislative Decree No. 220 of 1995 on organic agriculture. It refers as well to provisions laid down in Regulation 2092/91/EEC concerning the methods of organic agriculture and labelling requirements to be met by organic products.
