This Regional Act establishes rules concerning the Integrated System of Agricultural and Rural Development Services, which aims at improving and modernizing agricultural enterprises as well as promoting ecological production. The Act also promotes research, with a view ensuring the dissemination of information on agroenvironmental techniques and the improvement of resources of rural areas.
