This Act regulates the procedure concerning the approval of the Regional Plan on Waterworks, which aims at the rational and sustainable exploitation of water resources. The Plan shall identify reserved sources and shall set priorities. Article 11 provides for the establishment of the Regional Observatory on Water Services, which shall collect information on the management and functioning of the Integrated Water Service.
