This Regional Act regulates the capture of starlings (which are considered to be harmful to crops and cultivated areas), pursuant to the derogation regime provided in article 9 of Directive 79/409/EEC. Further provisions concern the capture of certain species of wild birds (those listed in the Annex), giving particular regard to allowed hunting methods and seasons.
