The Lazio Region establishes the cooperation measures to be taken between local entities and the management and organization of the integrated water resources service. Under Article 2 are established the ATOs. The Regional Council provides for the modifications and integration of the ATOs and local entities will cooperate through cooperation conventions and consortia. (21 Articles and 2 Annexes)
