This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to Regional Act No. 39 on forestry, mainly concerning the Regulation to be drafted by the Provinces for the purpose of forest protection and forest areas preservation (and to be approved by the Regional Council), felling of forest trees, timber extraction, conservation of spontaneous flora in forest areas.
