This Regional Act lays down provisions on: (a) interventions to promote and support marine fisheries and aquaculture; (b) issue of fishing licences; (c) fishing in maritime waters adjacent to the coast of the Toscana Region. The provisions are set out in the light of the principle of rational exploitation of marine resources and responsible fisheries.
