Particular amendments and addenda are hereby laid down to Regional Act No. 23 of 1996 in matter of regional interventions for the promotion and the improvement of marine fisheries and mariculture. Articles 7 bis and 8 bis are added. Article 7 bis concerns technical assistance programmes, whereas article 8 bis provides for the establishment of the Advisory Commission for Fisheries and Aquaculture.
