Regional Act No. 7 setting up the Regional Agricultural Payments Agency for the Autonomous Region of Valle d’Aosta.

This Act establishes the Regional Agricultural Payments Agency for the Valle d’Aosta Region. The Agency is in charge of allocating the financial resources envisaged by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development. The Agency is also responsible for monitoring such payments and their destination.
