Articles 1 to 3 of this Act amend and supplement certain provisions laid down in Regional Act No. 7 of 1985. Paragraph 2 of article 3, dealing with the issue of the authorization required for felling, is replaced by the text contained in article 1 hereto. Paragraphs 1 and 2 of article 7, establishing the penalties to be applied in case of felling without prior issue of an authorization, are replaced by the text laid down in article 2 of this Act.
