This Regional Act lays down the legislative framework for the promotion and improvement of integrated agriculture in Campania, in accordance with the precautionary principle. The aim is to protect the environment and public health through agricultural activities base on the balanced use of of natural resources and mechanisms. The Act provides for the establishment of the Regional Register of Integrated Agricultural Enterprises.
