This Regional Decree establishes the modalities, terms and conditions for allocation of public subsidies out of the regional budget for partial compensation (reimbursement) of expenditure for keeping of pedigree stock of reindeer related to production of reindeer products as a form of agricultural activity. Subsidies shall be allocated on annual basis. The grounds for allocation of subsidies shall be availability of reindeer pedigree stock and state certificate attesting registration of reindeer
