This Regional Decree establishes that on state nature reserves of regional significance “Alexandrovsky”, “Krasnogorsky”, “Nogliksky”, “Dobretskoye Lake”, “Ostrovnoy” and “Severny” shall be classified as complex (environmental and zoological) protected area. The scope of constituting the aforesaid state nature reserves of regional significance shall be conservation and reproduction of precious natural complexes, including wetlands and tundra landscapes, and protection of rare and endangered fauna
