Regional State Forest Committee is territorial body of the Federal Forest Service. Regional State Forest Committee (GOSKOMLES) is authorized state institution in the following spheres of state management: 1) management, conservation, protection of the stock of forest of the Russian Federation and reproduction of forest; 2) protection, control and regulation of the use of wildlife species and their natural habitats; 3) environmental protection. The Regulation consists of 6 Sections. Section 1 lay
