This Regional Decree establishes the Regional Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources. It consists of 4 chapters and 2 tables establishing competencies of the aforesaid administration, the aim of which is to manage and implement the regional policy within the following sectors: environment, water resources, forests, national parks, fisheries, agriculture and animal stockbreeding.
