This Regional Decree establishes that wild animals and birds living in state of natural freedom shall form state hunting fund. Areas populated by wild fauna species subject to hunting shall form state fund of hunting grounds. Hunting grounds shall be considered land areas, forestland and waterbodies that are natural habitats of wild animals and birds and that can be used for hunting management.
