This Regional Decree approves the Statutes of the Regional Secretary of Agriculture and Fisheries (SRAPA). It consists of 4 articles and 2 annexes establishing the aforementioned Regional Institution composition and competencies, which aims are: to define, regulate and enforce regional policy within the sectors of: agriculture, stockbreeding, forestry and fisheries.
