This Regional Decree establishes that hunting shall authorized with hunting permit issued by the authorized state wildlife institution. Regional hunting grounds shall be classified as: (a) allotted to hunting managers for organization of hunting and hunting management; (b) common use hunting grounds; and (c) prohibited hunting areas.
