This Regional Decree regulates artisanal and sport fishing for personal consumption and protection of aquatic biological resources. Artisanal and sport fishing shall be authorized for natural persons free of charge in all waterbodies. It shall be applicable to marine and inland fisheries, including fishing of Far Eastern salmon either in marine or in fluvial fishing areas.
