This Regional Decree establishes that complete nutrition shall be intended use of special dairy products for nutrition of children less than three years of age. Special nutrition shall be intended particular foodstuffs for pregnant and breastfeeding women allowing them to receive basic part of micronutrients in optimal composition for fetal development and stable lactation.
