This Regional Decree establishes the modalities of licensing of activities related to production of elite seeds and reproduction seeds of agricultural crops destined for trade, and trade of lots of the aforesaid seeds by individual entrepreneurs and legal persons. Issued licences shall be valid on the regional territory.
