This Regional Decree regulates the Rural Development Plan for the period between 2000 and 2006 within the territory of the Autonomous Region of Madeira. It consists of 24 articles specifying the requirements to be met in order to benefit from a financial assistance issued to the aforementioned agricultural sector, according to the environmental preservation and the sustainable development of the nature.
