Fish species subject to artisanal fishing in conformity with fishing licences include precious fishes, fine-mesh fishes and aquatic animals, the fraudulent catch, harvest or annihilation of which are subject to compensation by citizens in conformity with the legislation currently in force. Issuing to citizens, including the foreigners, of nominal once-o
