This Regional Decree is composed of two articles and one Annex. It approves the Development Plan of Southern Coast of São Miguel Island. The annexed Development Plan is composed of six Titles divided in 51 articles and two Annexes. It regulates public use restrictions, management and administration of the area, as well as zoning.
