This Regional Decree establishes that nature reserve “Lesnoy klyuch” (Forest spring well) shall be constituted as zoological (hunting) reserve of regional significance with a view of conservation and reproduction of biological diversity of game and natural habitats thereof for the purpose of sustainable existence and management of hunting resources. Any activity putting at risk wild fauna populations, including passage and stay of motor vehicles outside roads of general use, making fires, organi
