Regional Decree No. 308 validating Hunting Regulation for species not subject to hunting.

This Regional Decree shall be applicable to hunting and capture of species that are not subject to hunting authorization for artisanal keeping and captive breeding (no more than 3 live animals or birds of each species) and replenishment of zoological collections (offsprings of dead animals, injured animals) and in other cases hunting and capture shall require the issuance of hunting permits. The period of validity of hunting licence shall be one year. Application must contain the following data:
