Regional Decree No. 33-P validating the Regulation on state supervision in the sphere of pedigree stockbreeding.

This Regional Decree sets forth the modalities of performance of state supervision in the sphere of pedigree stockbreeding. Regional Ministry of Agriculture shall be authorized state institution entitled to perform state supervision in the sphere of pedigree stockbreeding. The scope of state supervision shall be prevention, identification and suppression of violations by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs of legislative requirements in the sphere of pedigree stockbreeding.
