This Regional Decree regulates hunting of wild fauna species neither subject to hunting and fisheries nor recorded in the national and regional Red Book of protected and endangered species, living in state of natural freedom on the regional territory. It shall be applicable to songbirds, birds of prey, mammals, amphibians, reptiles and invertebrates. It shall not be applicable to harmful animals. The provisions of this Regional Decree shall not be applicable to foreign natural and legal persons,
