This Regional Decree establishes the modalities of performance of state supervision in the sphere of protection of the atmospheric air and waterbodies by the authorized state institution. The scope of supervision shall be enforcement of the national legislation in the sphere of protection of the atmospheric air and waterbodies by local government, legal and natural persons, compliance with emission standards and effluent wastewater discharge standards, and air and water pollution control.
