Regional Decree No. 533 validating the Regulation on regional state supervision over protection of the atmospheric air.

This Regional Decree establishes the modalities of performance of state supervision in the sphere of protection of the atmospheric air by the authorized state institution. The scope of supervision shall be enforcement of the national legislation in the sphere of protection of the atmospheric air by local government, legal and natural persons, compliance with emission standards and legal proceedings against offenders.
